Tedious methods of brick laying or form work to create cornices or copings only lend themselves to more problems with bulges that need to be hacked and inconsistency in the level of straightness. With our system, ready or tailor made profiles are easily installed with our superior cementitious adhesion. Our clienteles include FIABCI award winning developers to government projects.

The range Q-Panel wall systems come in 3 versions which offers Light Weight Concrete Panels, EPS* sandwich systems and EPS* cladding systems. Our wall systems have seen themselves in many various projects around the country from the very unique and unconventional to resort chalets and state of the art restaurants eg. Our System Products have the following attributes:-

Smooth Surface Finish		Light
	Ready to paint. Normal skim coating or conventional render is eliminated.		Panels are light with two workers handling with case despite its superior strength. This allows for efficiency and better workability as well as structural cost savings.
Strong & Lasting		Excellent R-Value And Insulation
	Specially formulated tensile FRC skins enable the panel to be highly strong in strength and user friendly. Thus ideal doe all internal wall applications.		Heat transmission is reduced dramatically compared to normal brick walls as well as a better R-value rating.
Fire Rated		Low water Permeability
	Through CSIRO testing to AS1530.4 and NATA certified a standard 75mm thick panel has a 90 minutes fire rating while a 1400mm thick passes 2 hours.		The modified FRC high tensile skin together with its formulated light weight concrete core allows of water permeability.
Ease of Installation		Better Acoustic
	No special skill required for rapid and easy installation coupled with its tongue and groove joints for accuracy. This saves time and money.		Standard 75mm thick panel has a STC value of 34 while a 100mm thick panel compiles to STC value of 46.
Workable & Flexible		Cost Saving
	No Special equipment or tools required. Panels are easily sawn to any shape and size. Fixtures are fitted as normal.		Fast track installation equals high efficiency and productivity. All this adds up to tremendous cost savings.
